The City of Medina, MN is looking at putting in a new water tower which will be right near the new Mattamy Homes development in Medina. There is a city council meeting on Tuesday, April 2nd where citizens will have a chance to voice their concerns or support for the effort.

The Case-Shiller Home Price Index was just published today and it showed that the Minneapolis Area saw home prices decline by 1.8% year over year. The data was reported through January 2012. That’s actually a significant improvement from where we have been.
